Collection Information:
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (strictly)
Parking: Please use the designated on‑site parking areas and report to the office upon arrival.
Collection Process: Our team will assist you with the next steps. Depending on the situation, you may be asked to reverse up to the warehouse entrance, or we may bring your order directly to your vehicle.

Forklift Safety:
For your safety, please remain inside your vehicle during any forklift loading or unloading.

Important Information
Tiles are heavy. Your order will be securely wrapped on a standard pallet. Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods.
Manual handling limits: Our warehouse team can hand load or unload a maximum of 10 boxes into any vehicle. Larger orders require pallet loading.
Need delivery instead? If you do not have an appropriate vehicle, our staff will be happy to discuss delivery options.
